Margaret Eleanor EVERHART Margaret Eleanor Everhart, 84 of Moberly, died March 13, 2006, at her home. She was born on December 3, 1921, in Paris, the daughter of Howard and Irma (Bradney) Harris. On September 21, 1941, she was married in Paris to Chester Kuntz and he preceded her in death on January 7, 1976. On September 23, 1976, she was married to Frank Everhart in Moberly. He preceded her in death on February 16, 1998. Survivors include four children, Philip Kuntz and wife Toni of New Bloomfield, Ronald Kuntz of Arlington, TX, Kathleen Barnes and husband Gene of Centralia, and Dean Kuntz and wife Elaine of Mexico; seven grandchildren, Kevin Barnes, Angie Reeves and husband Bob, Kelly Beck, Kim Leach, Samuel Ryan Kuntz, Jason Kuntz and Heather Kuntz; ten great-grandchildren, Trenton Barnes, Dylan Barnes, Trevor Reeves, Dalton Reeves, Anna Reeves, Nicholas Beck, Heather Beck, Ethan Leach, Jason Kuntz, Heather Kuntz; a stepdaughter, Linda Hodgkins and husband Jim of Fulton; two step-grandchildren, Emily Gray and Chris Trotter; one step-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Roger Harris; and a sister, Carolyn Ledford. Mrs. Everhart was a member of Central Christian Church in Moberly. Previously, she was a member of Friendship Christian Church in Centralia, where she served as organist, pianist, taught Sunday school class, was active in the prayer group, CWF and the lunch bunch. She was leader of the 4_H club, president of Monroe County Extension Club and was a school bus driver of Rural Sandford School. Also, she worked for her parents at store, Harris Hardware, in Paris. She was a graduate of Paris high school. She had a love of music, family, friends and her joy of life was expressed by her laughter. Services were held at the Fenton Funeral Chapel in Centralia on Thursday, March 16, at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Don Mattson and Reverend Robert H. Mart officiated. Interment was held at the Centralia Cemetery. Visitation was held at the Fenton Funeral Chapel on March 16, from Noon until the time of service. The family suggest memorials be made to the Central Christian Church in Moberly, the Midway Christian church building fund in Moberly or the 4-H Foundation. Honorary pallbearers were Bill Harris, Dale Morgan, Marvin Ball, Gary Stowers, Leonard Armontrout, Donnie Shelton and Mike Morlan.
