Built
in 1831. Believed to be the original church building of the
Baptist Congregation. It remained the property of the Baptists
until after the Civil War in 1865 and Ben and Thomas Broughton
purchased it. The house is being restored by its present
owners, Mr. & Mrs. Keaton Wheelan.
